Consider booking a consultation call. We can discuss whether this approach feels right for you and review important practical considerations. My services are not covered by OHIP, but most extended health benefits in Ontario include reimbursement for Registered Psychotherapists. If you are covered for psychotherapy by your benefits provider, they can confirm coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist. Payment is accepted by credit card or cash, and a receipt is provided after each session. Information about coverage and the initial appointment is available on the Home page. In-person appointment details (including address) are provided after scheduling.
